General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – Artigora
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of original artworks offered on the Artigora online art gallery (hereinafter “the Site”).
By accessing the Site, browsing artworks, and placing an order, the Client fully accepts these GTCS without reservation.
Each artwork for sale is unique or part of a limited edition, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, and presented with the utmost accuracy (high-definition photographs, artistic and technical description).

2. Purpose
These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of artworks by Artigora to individual and professional clients worldwide.
3. Acceptance of the GTCS
Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS, which prevail over any other conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Artworks Offered
The artworks available for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of consultation, excluding those marked as “Sold.”
In the case of temporary exhibitions (fairs, shows, private events), the artwork may be reserved with confirmation of availability after the event.
Each artwork is accompanied by a detailed description written by the artist or the gallery, and a certificate of authenticity is provided upon delivery or in-person collection.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding delivery fees.
Shipping fees are calculated individually based on location and transportation method, and communicated before final order confirmation.
Prices may be updated at any time, but the artwork will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of ordering.
6. Orders
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approval of an installment plan.
Ownership and risk are transferred to the buyer upon physical possession of the artwork.
For reservations linked to exhibitions, the sale becomes final at the end of the event, subject to payment.
7. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Bank transfer (contact the gallery)
- Klarna (installment payment, subject to approval)
Full payment is required before shipment or collection of the artwork.
8. Delivery
Artworks are delivered worldwide to the address specified by the Client.
Shipping: 6-21 days depending on the geographic delivery area
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without justification or penalty.
Return is at the client’s expense, in the original packaging and condition.
Refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned artwork.

10. Legal Guarantees
- Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery.
- Guarantee against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery of the defect.
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks are protected by copyright law.
The buyer acquires ownership of the physical artwork but reproduction and representation rights remain with the artist.
Preventive conservation and restoration of the artworks are the sole responsibility of their owner or, in the case of deposit, the person to whom the artwork is assigned.
The artist’s moral right includes:
- the right of attribution (mention of the artist’s name)
- the right to the integrity of the work (prohibition of modification or alteration).
12. Governing Law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
